We don’t inspect items, hold payments or deliver goods, and we can’t guarantee an item’s condition, history or the seller. Please satisfy yourself about an item’s condition and suitability before you buy — ask questions, see it in person where you can, and check it matches the advert.
  • Never pay by bank transfer before you have seen the item, unless you fully trust the seller.
  • Meet in a busy public place in daylight and take someone with you.
  • Ask for proof of ownership on higher-value items and check any serial or frame number matches.
  • Dirt bikes, quads, ATVs and buggies: inspect the vehicle, verify ownership and that the VIN or frame number matches the documents, and check whether it is road-legal or off-road only.

  • Be cautious of prices that look too good to be true, or sellers who rush you.
